    An early adapter to VR and AR, our founder is encouraged and excited by the progress from Oculus Rift, Cardboard VR, and other HMDs back in the early days towards the Quest 2/Pico4/PSVR today. After some frustration over choppy and less-than-satisfactory user experiences, he decided to create a series of 'XR native' products that would be 'XRer centric' and tremendously enhance the way we explore the virtual world and transcend the reality naturally.

  • 1. Please use the Vega T1 dongle to connect your VR/PC/Console, rather than relying on a Bluetooth connection.

    2. Please note that it is important to insert the Dongle into the front of the main unit and avoid plugging it into the back.

  • 1. Use the physical buttons on the Quest to adjust and increase the volume.

    2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on the Quest, forget the Bluetooth audio device, restart the Quest, and reset the Vega T1.

  • 1. Use a dry cloth to wipe the charging contacts, ensuring that there is no dirt or debris on the surface.

    2. Please avoid using third-party ear tips, such as foam tips, as they can affect charging.

    3. Reset the headphones.

  • Vega T1 works with PS4, PS5, Steam deck, Switch and PC，but does not support Xbox.

  • 1. After pluging the dongle into the console, the dongle will be paired with the earbuds automatically.

    2.Ensure the earbuds are in the case. Open it and press the back button for 3 seconds. Once in pairing mode, connect to Bluetooth.
